Refund & Return Policy

At Everyday Reliables, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Items marked as final sale, opened personal care or hygiene products, and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return Contact us at support@everydayreliables.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items Contact us immediately at support@everydayreliables.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
